A four-day open studio exhibition presenting the experiments and works developed during the residency by artist Ringo Lo @ringoing
Lightning never strikes twice, though plum blossoms often bloom twice — and when that finally happens, “brace” position should be adopted to minimize harm.
Just as flowers smell sweet, flesh also rots.
About Artist
Ringo Lo's (b.1998, Hong Kong) works mostly stem from music, stories, and unofficial history. Lo’s thought process is often dominated by texts in various ways, while his creative process encompasses mixed-media work, installation, images and text. Lo purposefully uses ‘wrong’ means to tease the ideas of labour and art-making. Through storytelling, Lo makes desperate attempts to analyse and reason with sentimental experiences logically.
